Century City

Century City is a 3.4-hectare flagship development in Makati that will showcase upscale residences, a lifestyle center, an outpatient medical-it building, among others. Once the site of a former International School, it is now home to several of the Philippines' tallest buildings, namely The Gramercy Residences, The Knightsbridge Residences, and Trump Tower Manila.

The 17,000-square-metre (180,000 sq ft) Century City Mall is also built here. The five-level shopping mall also contains several restaurants and bars, including the 12 Monkeys Music Hall and Pub located on the mall's rooftop.

It occupies a significant portion of the old downtown area of Makati being redeveloped along Makati Avenue, which is just north of the Makati Central Business District. It is also a few minutes away from Rockwell Center and is about less than a kilometer from southern Mandaluyong and the Pasig River.

Once completed, Century City will comprise two to three office buildings for business process outsourcing companies, two to three other residential towers and an IT park.
